Goodlot utilises hops they grow on their farm using “regenerative carbon farming”. This means we focus our farming practices on sequestering more carbon in our soil than we emit annually. Brewed in an eco-renovated (air-tight, “passive-haus” standard) converted barn brewery, powered by 20 kW of solar power.
We are very happy to partner with our neighbours, Rock View Farms. Mitch and Kate are the 7th generation to manage the farm right up the road from the Inn. They provide us with beautiful pasture raised, hormone free beef from right here in Mono Centre. It doesn’t get more local than this!
Windrush Estate Winery is an award winning local winery located a few minutes away in the beautiful Hockley Valley. Their vineyard and wines are hand prepared with exceptional care. These fabulous wines are not available to the LCBO so come in and try one and then visit the winery to take home your own bottle.
Master Brewer Stefan Reidelsheimer has been practicing his craft for 25 years. Now, with the founding of Caledon's first brewery, he's passing his life's passion down to his three sons. Having lived in Caledon for 18 years, Stefan and his family love staying active and outdoors in the beautiful surroundings. But what they love most is that their brewery has given them the chance to work so closely with other members of the Caledon community.
Am Braigh Farm is dedicated to providing locally grown vegetables and eggs using organically sustainable methods. We strive to increase our soil fertility, lower our carbon footprint and build a strong vibrant local agricultural economy and communities not only here but throughout the world. They also feature a year round market stand where their produce and local products are available to the public.
